Usually we work with you on a project basis, for between three and six months: the period is by mutual agreement. We always provide a day’s follow-up after the completion of a project.

Simon Hutchinson is a licensed consultant with Birkman International and fully trained to use the world-famous Birkman Method®. Created over 50 years ago by Dr Roger Birkman, it was developed using empirical data from around 1.5 million individual assessments in more than 5,000 organisations.
